Calm Within: A 7-Day Journey

Guided meditation can be particularly helpful for people who are restless and struggle to relax.
The guide's voice and instructions give you something to focus on and eliminates the need to figure out how to relax. Guided meditations incorporate specific relaxation techniques, like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or visualization to help you gently let go of tension and resistance.

Creative activities like drawing, singing, or movement (like dance or mindful walking) can benefit the body as a form of meditation by engaging both mind and body in ways that promote relaxation, presence, and emotional balance.

Creative expression can induce a “flow state” — a meditative zone where you lose track of time and are fully absorbed. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the body and reduces cortisol (stress hormone) levels.
